Shipping Policy
Every single order that we recieve is of utmost importance to us, and we put in as much time attention and details in creating the products for you. Therefore we have an order processing time of 10-15 days, in order to deliver the best quality products to you. Every product on our page is hand-made with love, and thus take some time to get made.
Once an order is placed, you will recieve an order confirmation mail from GlossGloire. As soon as the order is ready to be dispatched, you will recieve another mail giving you the tracking details of your order and the date of arrival at its destination.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are very sure that you must have fallen in love with the product that you ordered from us, but, since we are all humans and we tend to make mistakes, there is a very slight possibility that you might not be satisfied with the product you received. If that is the case, we urge you to record a video of the unboxing of the product as soon as you receive it, and mail that video to us at our email address. After going through your video we will get in touch with you and process an exchange for your products.

Once an order has been placed and the payment has been completed, and due to some reason you wish to cancel the order, write us a mail to our email address giving us a valid reason as to why you would like to cancel the order and we shall process your request thereafter. Refer to our Cancellation Terms and Conditions before going ahead with the cancellation process.
